Halo 0.0.1 has been released. This is an official release based on Substrate 0.0.3. Both Substrate and Halo will be moving to 0.1 branches so the 0.0 releases should be considered stable but will not receive many new features. Downloads are available: halo-0.0.1.zip halo-0.0.1.tar.gz
